I had my first appointment a few weeks ago. My appointment time was messed around quite a bit, she kept changing the time last minute. Originally it w...as booked for 10am then she changed it to 2pm around an hour before my appointment was due then changed it again asking me to come asap. I thought nothing of it. However, after not even 24 hours all the lashes on one eye had fallen out. Again, I did not put this down to Leanne and thought to give her another go for an infill. My appointment was booked for 10am and had been booked for around a week. She messaged me around 8am to cancel my appointment as she wants to move her beauty room around. I think it is very unprofessional to be constantly changing appointment times considering they are booked in advanced and for a reason. She then ignored my complaint message, she clearly doesn't care that she's messed me around so much. Highly wouldn't recommend. Show more
