If i was to leave Fiona a review everytime i had a treatment with her, it will always be 5 stars! She is just fantastic! Fiona always makes you feel ...welcome, relaxed and as if your in the comfort of your own home! She is one of the most bubbly but professional people you would meet. I always feel relaxed during and after my treatments and am always warm throughout. I highly recommend Fiona everytime someone asks on facebook group's etc as shes just the best at what she does 😍😍 Show more

I arrived 5 mins late, which i was really apologetic about. However, the therapist (Lucy) was also running late with her client before me. So i though...t this basically meant that my time would be added on (not taken away). My treatment started 10 mins late (the room also needed to be fixed) but still ended at the original time. When i asked Lucy how long that was, she said she had to finish earlier and didn't do my arms bcs of this as she had to leave. I've left feeling like I've been taken advantage of. I've paid in full - but Lucy didn't offer this info at the start by saying she would need to end at the original time. Sadly, this ruined my experience. It's not right to pass this onto the customer. This is something that could easily be cleared up right at the beginning of the session to avoid any confusion. Show more
