Absolute madness how that Ricky can keep a job with the time keeping he has! Had to leave because he didn’t show for his 10am appointment… for people ...worried about getting there toddlers hair cut here and are nervous don’t do it massive let down.. feel sorry for the barbers in there tried calling him but didn’t answer his phone Show more

I'm sorry to say this was a total disappointment after booking an appointment and when my husband and daughter arrived Ricky, the children's hairstyli...st wasn't there, they waited about 45 minutes and the next child arrived and still no sign of Ricky so my husband and daughter left and went somewhere else. The sit-in cars looked fun but my husband said it all looked a bit of a mess with hair all over the seat that hadn't been cleaned up. Perhaps this was a one-off and we were unlucky, maybe he had some valid reason to disappear (leaving his phone in the salon) but I'm afraid we won't be coming back to find out. Show more

Speechless with the way Ricky calmed my son and gave him a haircut by talking through entertaining him with games and the cut was done. My son did not... shed a tear or was frightened as he previously has been getting his hair cuts. Found this genius and took my baby down with hope and this guy did not disappoint me 1 bit. He seriously has the magic touch with calming kids down. And overall very welcoming guys and friendly staff. Deffo a 10/10 and parents out there if your toddlers are afraid or have anxiety due to haircuts please take them down to Gents and Juniors (Hitchin) I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Great first trip to Barber’s for my 2-year old boy! Ricky was calming influence and settled him immediate. the airplane chair and the music was a good... distraction and the use of the quiet clippers really worked a treat. He was sensitive to the way my lad was feeling and did not push the boundaries, not a bad first cut. Looking forward to when he can have a fade!🙏🙌 Show more
