I am really sorry that you are unhappy with your hair extensions and i really appreciate you bringing all of this to my attention, I understand that you have been to multiple hair extension technicians prior to me for hair extensions and none of them seemed to accomadate your needs including the ones you had fitted. The hair that was purchased was Russian Mongolian and has a life span of 12 months plus with the correct care, Synthetic hair cannot withstand any type of heat, this would lead to burning, after your hair extensions were fitted your hair was straightened and styled with high heat babyliss straighteners, as Russian hair can withstand high heat. All hair extensions that are not a natural colour such as blonde black or brown, will have to be chemically processed by the manufacturer in order to achieve any other colour than above. There is no patch test required for hair extensions, as the hair sits on top of your own hair not directly on the hair follicle. Upon consultation a price was given and accepted and a deposit was taken, the only recipets a customer receives after this will be deposit receipts and final payment receipts. A 50% refund of the total cost was offered for the discrepancies you had and removal included in this. I always strive to provide the best service for my clients and will continue to do so.
