All of the 5* reviews that have been left have been written by the 2 people that work in the salon. I noticed it when I booked originally but they’ve ...since realised and changed the names of the reviewers! I had the worst experience with Leyah. Booked my appointment for 16:00. Received a message saying that she was running late and asked if I could come in at 16:30 instead. She then called me when I was already on my way to my appointment (I live 30mins away) and said that she was still running late and said I need to do 17:00 instead. I sat in the car until 17:00 and then went into the salon. As soon as I sat inside, she said she meant to message me and ask if I could come later again. Her previous appointment was still there having her lashes done. She kept saying “I’m nearly finished” when she clearly was not. In the end I sat in the salon for over an hour waiting for her to finish her client! Once she had, she started taking loads of photos of the set she had just completed. She then had the cheek to go outside and have a fag whilst I had been waiting over an hour at this point. Finally, at 18:20, I led down for her to start lashing. She told me that she couldn’t do my lashes as she claimed there was residue on my lashes from the lash lift which was 6 weeks prior to this. She laughed about it after wasting my whole afternoon and messing me about. She clearly just lied as she couldn’t be bothered to start a volume set at 18:30, when she was meant to have finished by then. To top it off, she tried selling me some strip lashes as I was going to LSTD the following week! I should have just left at 17:00 but I really wanted them done. Never met someone so unprofessional and rude. Neveeeeer go there! Show more

Hi Charley it’s alayah, I’m sorry you felt that way and slightly upset you’d agreed you could feel stuff on your lashes if you couldn’t, I still have the video of your lashes and if you were happy and wanted to proceed you should have said but I honestly felt I’d be robbing you if you wanted your set to last a week as you had said you did for a even you were excited for and I didn’t want them to last and for you to pay! But again apologies you felt that way because you really hadn’t expressed that when you were here and if I had known I would have proceeded to do it if I had known it would upset you so much
