Disappointing to say the least, was really looking forward to this as I had been wanting a treatment done here for a while and was planning on continu...ing the treatments. Was asked on the day to rearrange (due to child care issues) for the following day, which is fine but I could not due to work commitments, was then left confused as to if my appointment was going ahead. Went to the salon, began my treatment without any questions being asked about my skin (I have very sensitive and reactive skin) didn’t ask which treatment I wanted. Treatment lasted 30 mins, on here it states 1hr. Asked for a partial refund as I felt for the price it was lacking, was advised I would get a partial refund and to send my details, which I did, never received this. Won’t be returning and left really disheartened. Show more
