Always happy with my nails, however every time I have to wait 20+ minutes even when I book an appointment which is frustrating. I would expect to wait... if I just walked in but appointments don’t seem to be honoured. Also I wasn’t offered a drink when I went most recently despite the wait, and everyone around me having a drink made for them. Show more
