Today was my first experience of having joint crystal energy therapy and reiki. As I have previously only received Reiki with Sara, I wasn’t sure what... to expect. As ever, Sara went through the process thoroughly to explain the difference between the two treatments and left detailed, informative notes on what to work on. The entire session was very emotional and intense and I have attached my immediate reaction following the session. I absolutely loved my experience with Sara, she is relaxing, helpful and friendly and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She has a truly caring energy and is an all round gorgeous person- it is evident that she loves doing her job. The room she has set up is beautiful to say the least, it has a gorgeous energy to it as soon as you walk in. I adore my sessions with Sara and look forward to them for weeks in advance. I leave feeling optimistic and as though a massive weight has left my shoulders and I am so grateful that Sara is able to help me with that. I cannot wait to book in again. I have been struggling recently with my mental health, feeling extremely low. I decided to try reiki to see if it would help improve my thoughts. I ca...n honestly say, for the first time in a while, a new day genuinely felt like a new day. I was able to muster energy to do things I wanted to do for the first time in months. I fell asleep during the session and it was one of the best rests I have had since I can remember. I would recommend reiki to anyone struggling with mental health as i truly believe it can help bring a positive light to your mind.
