Always checking if I’m happy with what Shayna has done, always che...cking the wax isn’t too hot, always checking if I’m happy with the way she carries out her job (I’m always worried about being glued forever - inside joke!) and never makes me feel bad if I’ve been held up and am a few minutes late.
