Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses fine, sterile needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. These controlled micro-injuries used along with specialised million dollar serums trigger the body's natural healing process, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin to firm, smooth, and rejuvenate the skin.

Is it painful?
The simple answer is No.
The treatment can be a little uncomfortable but can be tailored at your request.

Day-by-Day Recovery Timeline

• Days 1-2: Your skin will look flushed or bright red and feel warm. Minor swelling and pinpoint dots are normal as the micro-injuries trigger a healing response.
• Days 3-4: Redness largely fades to a light pink. The skin may feel tight and start to flake or peel.
• Days 5-7: Skin normalization occurs. Flaking stops, leaving a brighter, more refreshed complexion.

What to Avoid During Downtime

• Makeup (First 24-48 hours): Avoid makeup immediately post-treatment to let micro-channels close. If necessary after 48 hours, always use clean brushes and non-comedogenic mineral makeup.
• Sweat & Heat (First 72 hours): Steer clear of saunas, steam rooms, and intense sweaty workouts. Increased blood flow and sweat can irritate healing skin.
• Harsh Skincare (First 5 days): Do not use retinols, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C, or scrubs. Stick to a gentle, hydrating routine.
• Sun Exposure (First 7 days): Your skin is highly sensitive to UV rays. Wear a broad-spectrum SPF to prevent hyperpigmentation.

How to Care for Your Skin

• Keep it Clean & Hydrated: Wash with cool water and a gentle cleanser. Apply cooling gels (like hyaluronic acid) or medical-grade moisturizers as directed by your clinic.
• Consult Guidelines: Always refer to the exact aftercare instructions given by your technician.

Suitable for all skin types, especially oily or mature skin, they offer a more defined, long lasting, and less painful alternative to microblading, requiring a touch-up in 5-8 weeks

Key Aspects of Powder Brows:

Aftercare and Maintenance

A perfecting, or touch-up, session is usually necessary 5-8 weeks after the initial appointment.
