Classic Pedicure

Sadly for the price I paid £47.25 I would not book again. Very clean and sterile environment, tools were clean and professional but the details of the... pedicure was disappointing. I had French gel underneath that was removed for me( extra £5 charge as not applied at this salon), my cuticles were looked after and did not need trimming as I look after them myself. The gel was not removed to the precision I expected for this price point, once I got home I realised the white gel is still visible under my new red gel - the corners of the nails are still visible white bits. On a few toes the gel was alway not applied on the whole nail with precision you expect for this price point. The overall experience was average, most pedicures at this price point include a water basin style service as this did not, the service is carried out in a beauty room style environment on a recliner bed. I also wanted French design which was an additional £5 which would have brought the total to over £50 which is pretty expensive for what you get from this classic pedicure. So I settled for just standard gel polish. Considering this is a beauty salon which also offers beauty academy masterclasses I think it’s fair to expect higher quality of service. The lady who done it was super friendly and made me a lovely coffee and was extremely gentle. They look lovely at a distance and the colour choice that was recommended to me is beautiful so that’s a great compliment. I’ve now had over 4 emails where this salon has changed the response to my review, missed call and texts messages over this review - I call this harassment just because I left a HONEST review of my experiences. Telling me that the gel was not fully removed because I didn’t have my cuticles cut is a absolute joke. I did allow removal of my cuticles BUT me and the lady decided I did not NEED them cutting. But that meant she couldn’t remove the gel very well??? I paid a £12 deposit on the day of booking ( including £2 tip) and the amount was fully taken on the day before I left the salon , stop making false accusations because this is extremely unprofessional. I have attached picture of my fully paid transaction. I will never return to this salon ever again In my life. Show more

Zdecydowanie 5 gwiazdek ! Po wejsciu od razu wiedzialam ,ze bede zadowolona. Czysto , schludnie ,sterylnie. Obsluga na pierwszym poziomie. Wizyta umo...wiona na dana godzine , stanowisko bylo juz dla mnie przygotowane. Paznokcie robila mi Pani Angelika :) Wszystko bylo wykonywane bardzo delikatnie , zero dyskomfortu. Czulam sie bardzo swobodnie , wrecz zrelaksowana. Teraz ogladam moje paznokcie i jestem bardzo zadowolona z pracy Pani Angeliki , sa przepiekne!
