I’ve been with Willie for roughly 4 months, and as someone who’s really struggled losing weight over the years I’m finally seeing results, it’s hard w...ork but I really enjoy it, No matter what type of morning I’ve had I always go out feeling better. He’s very encouraging and a great laugh , the whole gym has a great feel to it, everyone is really nice and encouraging. I always have a great training session with William. He listens to what my expectations are for each session and I leave knowing I have worked. I also... leave more knowledgable about working certain areas when doing weights. My fitness levels have increased and he pushes me into the fat burning zone every session. The atmosphere is great and fun but work is done and calories burnt! The service is fantastic and William always coaches his clients to improve their technique. Whilst in the gym he also points out if something is done incorrectly to ensure clients aren’t injuring themselves but meeting their goals. Show more
