Thank you Claire for my first Wood Therapy Session! I was super anxious and I didn’t know what to expect, but Claire advised me and talked me through ...all the different wood tools used and what they do. I felt especially comfortable as she’s a Nurse! Initially a little uncomfortable but in a nice way, especially as you know what the benefits will be.
