When appointments are booked with Männerhaus, clients agree to our terms and conditions, which state that missed appointments and no-shows are charged in full due to the time being reserved exclusively for you. We certainly have not banned you from using our services in the future. The error message you received is because Sofiane has recently been promoted to Master Barber within Männerhaus, meaning the “Senior Barber” service you previously booked with him is no longer available to select on the system. We hope this clears up the confusion, as this review does not fairly represent the situation.
