Visited Deja Elite with my daughter to choose her prom dress. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was able to pay the dress with payments on my phone which was very useful too. Dress pick up was straight forward as i had booked a time slot. So over...all very good.

They had multiple choices of dresses in each colour, the staff were very friendly and helpful also. They had a huge mirror and box where they adjusted your dress to give u the proper look, however when walking out of the changing room there were othe...r customers sitting waiting and looking at you which was a little uncomfortable but overall it’s really recommended

I am not normally one to write negative reviews however on this occasion I think its definitely justified. I had booked an ‘appointment’ with the boutique well in advance to ensure I would get 1-1 service to pick out a grad ball dress. On arrival we ...noticed no spaces in the very small car park. This was no where to be seen online or on social media before we arrived and as we are not from anywhere near the area we had no clue! Therefore we had to park in the retail park which was quite a walk from the shop meaning we got soaked on our way. Following on from this we were shocked at how cramped and badly organised the shop was. A lady approached us and said we could have called to say there was no spaces and she would have let us park infront? I dont know how anyone else would have been able to come and go from the car park? There were dresses at several hundred pounds which were embellished and were falling apart due to not being stored correctly and most without any protection over the top! There was only one mirror and the shop was so cramped that the dressing rooms were not adequate either. There was also no where to hang up dresses outside of the fitting room and only 2 seats in the whole shop! I was supposed to have some form of advice from a member of staff but they were all helping another girl that had booked at the same time. Not long after some more people entered the shop and all the staff members then transfixed on them. My mum had to end up helping me to get in and out of most dresses as I was being ‘attended to’ by 3 different women all the time! I know what good customer service is, I study it and I work with customers part time and I have never been so shocked. I tried on a few dresses and the whole experience was so awful I ended up just leaving empty handed with my mum. When I walked by the staff members no one seemed to ask if everything was okay and they just let us leave. You have now lost a significantly good sale had I been given the level of service of a proper boutique I would have bought a dress. However I will be strongly recommending everyone I know to AVOID this shop and go elsewhere for better quality dresses and a service which should be a given for this type of establishment!
