Kinetic Treatment 55

This is my second time round after getting so much relif in my neck from Rick a month ago, only to go to a chiropractor a week later and have it made ...worse again! I saw Kirsty this time and she is absolutely lovely! Only slightly less cruel than Rick though 😂 but both amazing! Recommend to anyone wanting to try muscle scraping, the pain is worth it in the end👍 Show more

I went to see Kirsty on Monday to have some treatment on my upper back. I had been stalking her Facebook page for a while before I had the courage to ...book in. I’ve had a long-standing issue with my upper thoracic area since being involved in a road traffic collision back in 2021. Working behind a desk has not helped as I’m often sat in the same position for up to 10 hours a day. I’ve been to many different physios and seen an osteopath but nothing has ever worked long term. I knew I needed some form of treatment that went further into the muscle to really loosen the tension in my back and that’s why I chose to book in. Kirsty was absolutely lovely and really put me at ease. I have noticed such a difference with the mobility in my back since my appointment. I could barely move my shoulder blades previously and this made simple tasks like getting dressed difficult. I feel much looser and the whole experience has made me feel more positive that there is light at the end of the tunnel after being in so much pain for so long. I’ve already booked back in for Kirsty to work on other areas of my body where I am also having issues. I would absolutely recommend Kirsty to anyone having issues with longstanding pain! Show more

I have had kinetic therapy before, it is the only treatment that helps my lower back. I have been to see Rick previously but thought i would try Kirst...y. She put me at ease even though ive been before and its clear from the photos my IT band and quads were well a bit tight. Its totally worth the pain, i take a couple of days rest after treatment purely as my legs have been put through their paces and it works for me. Its what keeps me going to Crossfit 6 days a week. I will continue to see Kirsty for maintenance visits every few months. Show more

Was very nervous ahead of my first appointment but both Kirsty and Rick put me at ease, they are just lovely! They identified problems I wasn’t aware ...I had with my IT band/glutes. Wasn’t sure what to expect pain wise but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be! Kirsty was fab and kept me distracted! I felt immediate relief after the treatment and will be going back! Like most people following Rick on social media, I had seen the photos, and that definitely left me curious but with a high level of trepidation. I wo...n't lie this isn't pleasant but I've been suffering with my shoulders for 2 plus years now and I've had enough! Rick is a true professional and a really good guy too who makes you feel less anxious immediately. There is a lot of laughter too which helps you get through it. His singing is awful but that’s a small price to pay for what i hope will be something life changing. Am i fixed? Absolutely no not yet but I can feel a positive difference in one of my shoulders after one session. I knew I wouldn't be a one session fixable case because frozen shoulders are complex and aren't just about rehabbing an injury. I'm bruised to high heaven but less than 24 hours on I've just completed my usual hour of exercise. I'll review again later down the line as im able to see the truer impact, but for now, I feel hopeful. I recommend that anyone gives it a bash. Its an hour of discomfort and some days of bruising...better than the prospect of continued chronic pain. Show more

Well I have known this magician for a while now and he has been telling me for 12months to come and get it done and it will solve my issues. I haven’t... listened I have paid stupid amounts of money to see ‘specialists’ to resolve issues I had with my back! Yesterday was the day I finally listened to him. I spent 4days in complete agony. I have now been pain free since having the treatment yesterday, the first time in 12months. Does it it pinch a little when you have it done? Yes most certainly….but it is bearable. Did I curse at Rick when he was doing it and at times want to punch him? Yes (however that’s normal 😁) Would I go back again if needed to? ABSOLUTELY!!! I could not recommend this enough to people. From the minute I walked in Rick assessed me, told me what it is was and got to work! 40/50 mins of a little pain to have no pain at all now, full movement in my back, legs and arms!
