Jade is absolutely amazing!! I met jade 2 years ago when I was looking for a lash technician, 2 years on and I can honestly say I would never ever go... to anyone else. She has become not only my nail/lash/brow technician she has also become my close friend! Every time I have finished my appointment I am never disappointed with the results. Jade knows exactly how I have all my treatments and does them accordingly every single time. I’m so happy that I have Jade as my technician for everything! Had my lashes done by this girl twice, I had some concerns regarding the results so I expressed them to her very politely. They were stuck together so... while trying to brush them they fell out so I told her. My only concern was making sure they are not stuck together and that I am able to brush them but they wouldn’t even brush on one eye. When I went to my appointment she re did them and they were fine but then later that day she messaged me saying she’s cancelling all my appointments. She gave me no notice at all to find someone else which is very unprofessional as there was no reason to cancel my appointments. If you can’t take constructive criticism then you are in the wrong business and leaving your new client with no replacement lash technician is unprofessional, before booking my appointments I told her I am a very particular client and like everything perfect which she replied yes that’s fine I have no problems with that we all are fussy about certain things so she was aware that any issues then I will express them to her which she said she is fine with. She was late on every appointment I was at which again I didn’t say anything about and I waited for her even tho I had to be back at work and was going to be late because things like this happen I was very annoyed that she cancelled my appointments just because she had to re do them for free but yet I stayed quiet about her being late.
