Sunday Soundbaths Sidmouth
Soundbath Sundays These weekly Soundbaths will take place in Sidmouth at The Ocean Wellness Hub from 6pm-7pm and it will cost £10 per person per session. During the Soundbath you will be immersed in the tones of Crystal Bowls, Pyramids & Himalayan Bowls. You will be lying down on a yoga mat. It is best to wear comfy & warm clothes and you might want to bring a blanket, a cushion , an eye pillow or eye mask and water with you. A Soundbath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits. These can include a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of the immune system. The brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease. Please get in touch with info@rezenance.co.uk to for any further questions or information. Sound Therapy is not recommended if you experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, or if you have a sound sensitive condition such as Labyrinthitis or Meniere’s Disease.
