    Aromatherapy Massage

    Following a consultation with you the essential oils are blended with a carrier oil to be used in your massage. Then you lay down and relax with some guided meditation (breathing and visualisation).Before the massage begins (this is an option you can opt out if you wish). The full body massage will concentrate on all areas of your back legs shoulders face and head.This will also encourage lymphatic drainage and also uses acupressure techniques. This may not be suitable for all if you have certain health conditions. I’m trained in the safe use of essential oils however if you are unsure check with your GP or consultant before booking or give us a call.
