    Matting charge starts at £10 and depends on the severity of matting. Dematting is not a option due to the ANIMAL WELFARE ACT. Cutting out matting is not an option but every other effort will be made to remove the matting with no pain as possible if this is not possible then scissor cutting matts out is not an option as it increases the risk of injury. The flea bath will add an extra 30 minutes if fleas are found during bath time or prior. If an infestation is found prior to groom you will be asked to take your dog home flea treat them and your home and reschedule for 2 weeks later but you will be charged the price of the groom to cover the appointment. If an infestation is found during the groom, the groom will be completed but this is at an additional cost. *Shutting the shop to deep clean preventing the spread of fleas £60 (loss of earnings) *flea bomb £15 *professional cleaning of equipment £5 This charge comes to £80 plus grooming price.
