Nikita's passion and love for fitness has now provided her with resources and knowledge to help others reach their goals, Nikita is additionally coached by Louis Dykes at LD Coaching.

Louis is the owner of The Zone Callington and with his exceptional knowledge and experience Louis will not onl...y physically help you but can help regarding your knowledge into fitness and training. Before opening The Zone Louis was a manger for a fantastic gym for over 10 years and has held over 100 personal training sessions through his lifetime. Louis also owns a coaching company called LD Coaching for those who really want to succeed within their training and specialises in bodybuilding and weight loss.

This is a great, cost-effective way to experience Raynor Massage. The session lasts for one (or two hours) and... includes completion and analysis of a Health questionnaire with a consultation to explain your individual needs and explain further the Raynor Massage process. Usually this will be around 15 minutes consultation and 45 minutes (or 1 hour and 45 minutes) of massage treatment. The consultation time can vary depending on the clients circumstances.

This is for return clients that have had the Introductory Session and are looking for further treatment.
