Fantastic class from warming up nicely at great pace. Getting into rhythm, starting to feel electric and explosive. Finding your own pace, pushing har...der and faster. Mix of low medium and high intensity cardio and boxing. Great people in the class friendly. Tommy is a great guy he will be with you every step of your journey. Plus you can have a great laugh and conversation with him. What more could you ask for. Top class and very enjoyable. I’m doing it for nearly two years now and have never looked back. 💪😜👍💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
