Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with my experience. The appointment was scheduled for 12pm, but the lash artist arrived late. The day before my appointm...ent, I was also contacted after 12am asking me to move my 12pm appointment to 2pm to suit her, despite the 12pm slot still being available on the booking app. When I arrived, I felt that the attitude towards me was quite passive-aggressive, which made the experience uncomfortable from the beginning. She also seemed quite unprepared for the appointment. Around 30 minutes into the appointment, a friend of hers arrived at the salon, and they spent the remainder of my appointment talking to each other. I found this very uncomfortable and felt that it took away from the professionalism and personal experience I expected when paying for a lash appointment. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the experience. I understand that things can happen, but I feel that better communication, preparation and professionalism would have made a big difference. Reply; Thank you for the response. I think we can agree that we had very different experiences of the appointment. 😊 Whether the booking was made late or not, the appointment was available to book, and I arrived at the time I had booked. Being contacted after midnight to move an appointment that I had already scheduled was inconvenient, regardless of the reason behind it. As for the service, being “happy enough” with the result doesn’t mean I’m required to give a positive review of the overall experience. A review reflects the entire appointment, not just the finished lashes. Unfortunately, the lateness, the attitude I experienced, the lack of preparation and the overall atmosphere were all part of that experience. And regarding the “loyal clients” comment — I’m sure they’re very grateful for the reassurance. 😂 My review was based solely on my own experience, not an attempt to diminish your other clients or your three years in the industry. I wish you all the best going forward. ❤️

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your appointment was booked very late the night before for the following morning. I had an exam the next morning, and as soon as I received the booking notification, I contacted you to let you know and asked whether it would be possible to move your appointment to a later time. I was transparent with you from the beginning and gave you notice as soon as I became aware of the booking. My intention was simply to find a solution that would allow me to accommodate your appointment while also attending my exam. It was never my intention to inconvenience you or make you feel uncomfortable. Regarding your comment about my attitude, I’m genuinely sorry if I came across differently than intended. I always try to make every client feel welcome and comfortable, and I take my work and my clients’ experience very seriously. I have been working professionally in the lash industry for three years, and I always aim to provide a high standard of service. Just to clarify, the person who came in during your appointment is my colleague who works in the same salon room, not another client or personal guest. I’m sorry if this made you feel that your appointment was less personal. I was also surprised to receive a one-star review, especially as you were happy enough with the service . One one-star review won’t change the long list of loyal clients I’m grateful to have. ❤️
