Frances was ever so welcoming I was very nervous after a previous bad experience with a different waxer, and she talked me through the whole thing and... kept my mind at ease while also teaching me too. The pain was relatively manageable as a first wax and was way less painful than what I had in mind before hand. Salon was exceptionally clean and sanitary to the highest standard with no double dipping whatsoever and Frances really is an expert in her field. So friendly, funny and reassuring.
