This is my second time bringing my 5 year old son to Mel. You can immediately tell Mel is a professional who not only takes pride in his work, but als...o loves what he does. Mel took the time to explain and educate me on the best way to style my sons hair. The fun seats he has for the kids is second to none. Kids have a choice of sitting in either a Lamborghini or an excavator that moves. If that wasn't enough, he also has a tv screen that is set up to play anything on prime or Netflix. My sone made me pinky promise to only bring him to Mel's for a haircut. If I had hair I would also want Mel to cut my hair. Show more

My son has a ton of thick hair, and for the past six years since we moved here, we’ve struggled to find a barber who could style it well. Every other ...cut would just leave it looking like a big tower on top! We’ve tried all kinds of places—expensive, affordable, some better, some worse—but no one seemed to get it right. Then, someone recommended Mel, and we decided to give him a try. Mel is amazing. He cut my son’s hair exactly the way we wanted. The result was perfect! His shop is spotless, bright, and welcoming—not to mention reasonably priced. He made both of us so happy with the experience, and he's definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend! Show more
