Ive been going to Lugo for about almost 2 years . He was cool at first and did my cut good but recently he messed up my cut ( to be exact he was an in...ch off my hairline making one side uneven from the other) plus lately he’s timing has been off. He went from 5 starts to 1 . If I could give 0 stars I would. Conversation is attached throughout my last few experiences with him. Show more
