Before any service took place you were told that for missing your two appointments the day before that I charge a fee for that so maybe that made it uneasy already but that's my policy. For one you didn’t show up to your appointment the day before and showed up late to this one for you and your brother. Secondly all your dreads were parted and put up before I even started the service I cut people with dreads/braids all the time never "nipped" a dread expect to hold it up with a hair clip. You asked me to shape up your side bruns/ beard and you barely have a beard so I ghost shadowed the beard line. You also said the cut was good at the end and asked if you can text me for appointments going foward for you and your two other brothers because the app wouldn't let you book more than two at a time one of which I cut already before you and you tried to get your other one after you but I was booked up so you took my number lol. Left the shop shook my hand smiling after shaking my hand. I showed you the mirror 2x and both times you smiled and said yea that's good Never said a word about you or your brothers hair cut other than how to book future services
