Hello Ms . Kisha . Thank you for the review. I appreciate it. However I even told you in the messages , your dryer time had nothing to do with my client following your appointment. I was able to start on my next client with no issue because I was done serving you . So you could have definitely sat under the dryer for as long as you wanted to , BUT when you stated you had to be at work at 7pm I did not want to be the reason you were late to your job. I also wanted to be clear I never stated it was your fault at hand, I took responsibility and apologized for the miscommunication, I only pointed out that the product you brang to use for your retwist may have been what was causing the problem at hand . I stated I could give you a 10% discount which would have made the service you were wanting only $28 . NO TIP because at the end you stated you were happy with the style . Again . I appreciate the constructive criticism. It was a pleasure serving you.
