Oh nooo! It’s so disheartening to hear such a review! When booking a service, it is pertinent that you include the necessary add ons to ensure the time allotted fits your needs. In this case, only a sew-in take down, wash, condition, and blow dry was booked. Normally, it’s improper to touch other stylist's work but being as it was just a take down, I went ahead with the service. Unfortunately, arriving an hour early and removing a chair from the lobby to sit outside of my suite after being advised I didn’t have any earlier availability, would not change my already busy schedule. As stated in the appointment, to be respectful of me and my client’s time, your request for a flat iron or trim was respectfully denied as it would interrupt the client’s service immediately after you. Also, when performing trims I show my clients what needs to be taken off to confirm it is ok so they are not leaving feeling like they received a haircut instead of a trim.
