After just explaining how I messed up my last hairstyle by cutting it too short. She then went ahead and put the shortest length on the bottom and cut... my 26 inch hair. I then had to get the hair reinstalled and that is when the new stylist confirmed that she couldn’t differentiate between the 2 24 inches that was installed. I had 2 26 inches installed and 1 24. The stylist also confirmed it’s not normal to install in that order .. which I thought was standard as well. Additionally she showed up late, is condescending, & doesn’t articulate her thoughts well either. Show more

I just wanted to confirm that this review was intended for me? At the end of your appointment, when I asked if there was anything I could do to improve your experience (which is my way of checking if you’re happy with your hair), you mentioned that your hair “looked really nice” and that it was “better than the previous flip-over you received from another stylist.” Additionally, the bundles were installed in the correct order. We also discussed the tangling and matting you had experienced with the same hair previously, and agreed that trimming the ends would help, given the poor quality of the hair. Please let me know if there’s anything further I can do to address your concerns. Best regards,
