Let’s start off by saying McKenzie skills we’re on point as she know exactly what she was doing. I came in to get my hair redone because it was not do...ne right the first time from someone else as she exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, this experience was not great because she arrived almost an hour late to the appointment and the excuse I was given is because she did not get a notification that an appointment was booked also I was told that she charges $65 to wash hair but because she was late she was only going to charge me $35. Quite honestly I have never been anywhere to where someone has charged me $65 just to wash hair also while doing the appointment she was on and off the phone with who I assume was her boyfriend which was very unprofessional also to add to the fat she did not ask me what type of music I wanted to listen to she just put on music, which was very murder and gang related which I do not like or approve of I should not watch someone being shot in the back multiple times on the TV while I’m trying to get my hair done. at the end of the day I feel she could go a long way because she definitely has the correct skills to where she could build her own brand but unfortunately, the experience I was given has made me not want to return again. also another note if you are going to be accepting payments, you need to have multiple options to be able to accept payments either cash or cash app only or not acceptable.
