The barber was rude and right in front of me took another client that was not scheduled. Addressed me terribly. I was trying to get my sons hair cut a...nd give this guy a try, but his inconsideration and unprofessional behavior, I would never attempt to book. NOT TO MENTION HE DIDN’T CORRECT HIS ACTION, so I didn’t let him do the cut because he expected us to wait another hour. Show more

I’m truly sorry this happened and I was as confused as you were. Like I previously explained, there was a mix up in the Booksy app where 2 people said they booked the same time and one of the clients had came in on time so I thought he booked it, but you showed up late while I was already cutting client. My apologies if I came off rude and I didn’t mean to address you wrongly I didn’t know you were a female because we’ve never seen eachother or met. Best wishes!
