A true and honest review from 8/2/23, Dayana was very nice and wanted to make sure i was comfortable the whole time. She did an ok job on my nails in ...the end. The downside is that i was there for almost 4 hours because couldnt get one of my nails to dry and she ended up making me change my design after retrying several times. After asking her to make all the nails look the same, she made it seem like it was my fault for picking a simple design and that it was going to be a hassle to correct her mistakes. These nails were for my 21st birthday and i really wanted them to be absolutely perfect and special. She also left multiple times during my appointment which was odd but i understand home life is stressful and stepping away is perfectly fine once or twice but after that its taking up my time when you leave for more than 15 minutes. My nails looked like they got tattooed on which is cool but not what i wanted. I wanted some type of artistry. Update: my nails started peeling a few days after getting them done. I don't understand your comment, you mean that the 200 previous comments from more than 5 years of working with this platform are not true unfortunately you had this experience the strange thing here is this I always ask what my clients want because my priority is that they feel comfortable they leave satisfied first the bad thing was not your design at all also I explained how I would do it with stamps he agreed all the time the nail . of the thumb it did not dry the first time since the placement in the lamp is very important the clients do not know but every nail specialist knows the importance for this reason I explained several times every time I tried to make it dry with respect to time it was there for 3 hours if I went outside 2 times to pick up my children I let them know you agreed with it I hope it is written it is better understood since my first language is not English Have a nice birthday this end result was beautiful 🌸🌸🌸
