First time ever booking an appointment with jocie, and i was very displeased. I had made a 5 pm appointment which i had to drive 25 minutes to get to.... I was 30 minutes early and when i entered the shop she greets me and finishes up the haircut she was working on. When it was my appointment time she asked if i could get skipped so she could give a walk in a hair cut. What’s the point of making a appointment if you don’t take priority? I decided to take my buissness elsewhere! Don’t waist your time here folks! Show more

Hi Luis, I truly apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I was the only barber at the shop today and had many walk ins, therefore I got very backed up. The walk in before your appointment had already been waiting for an hour so it didn’t feel right skip him. But I completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize. I strive to make all my clients happy and im sorry I came up short. I truly hope you reconsider coming back. Thank you.

Hi Ryan, i’m sorry that your experience with me wasn’t up to standard. Unfortunately neck lines do tend to have cowlicks that can sometimes look like bald patches, this is a natural occurrence in the hair and im sorry if I didn’t point it out at the time of your service. If you would like to give me an opportunity to make this right for you, I can taper the neck line higher so that the cowlick isn’t visible. If you would like to come in today let me know and I can head over to the shop and get that fixed for you. If not, I completely understand. Thank you for your feed back.
