He recommended that I visit Ritz in his absence, and ...I’m pleased to say it was a pleasant experience. Ritz was attentive, intentional, and paid great attention to detail. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in a haircut and thoughtfully cut my hair. Her great attitude made the experience even better. The environment was comfortable and welcoming, and our conversation was personal, filled with light jokes and laughter. I appreciate her excellent service and feel confident that if Rich is ever out of town, I can count on Ritz to provide a positive experience until Rich is back and I can get my usual haircut from him.
