I booked a appointment for 35$ in the description it says ages 14 - 18. Once I was in the shop I was asked my age and confirmed my age was 18 and was ...charged 50$ for an adult haircut with no enhancements. not to mention the last time i booked for a retwist was charged more money half way through my service because “my hair was a little harder to do” the overall finished work looks great but terrible customer service or communication and the prices are off the wall especially for the work Show more

The service states HIGH school services, tailored to students. Also my services are set to a price regardless of enhancements or not. I don’t charge for specific items, I charge for a full service.
