My experience was a great one. She took her time and made sure all my locs would fit. She even made extra locs to fill in spots, which i very much app...reciated. This ia new for me and the hair is different andbit fits me very well. She did her thing. I love the style she gave me and are looking to other styles to experiment. Wasn’t a good experience. I wasted a lot of money Hello I am replying to your reply to my message above ^ You said that I could come back and reschdu...le but you would still CHARGE ME the same amount again for the service I had just received. Your main goal should be satisfying your customer but it seems like your main goal is collecting as much money as possible. I expressed to you that within days of you installing my dreads, I had a few falling out and I could still feel my hair damp with gel that you put in my hair that was causing my dreads to fall out. You explained that in order for me to come back for you to reinstall the dreads that were not put in properly from you, I would have to pay for each dread that came out. That is why I cancelled my appointment because that is not how you do business. If anyone reading this review is considering booking with her, I would think again. I am not the type to write bad reviews but I am sorry, I refuse to let this go without having something being said about it. I also reached out via email and I have yet to receive a response.
