Today was horrible! I have been coming to this salon for the last 2 months. The first time she did my hair she said the hairstyle I did was extra , th...ough she had said a much lesser amount , I let it go and paid her. The second time she did the same thing to me told me the braids were 200 and then charged me 250 saying the ladies did smaller size braids than the one we agreed for 200 all this is after the fact! Mind you all along she is In The shop she can see what her girls are doing but wount tell them she wants bigger or smaller she’ll let them finish then hit you with oh this hairstyle is more than what you booked . I let it slide! Today she had the audacity to bring her teenage daughter to do my daughter’s singles ! She was doing a terrible job I told her to stop and let the professional ladies do it! The lady doing my daughter’s hair started shoving her and treating her bad after I stopped her helper( the daughter) from helping her. Taking it out on my kid. Victoria and the other ladies stared laughing as if mocking me talking their language !!! I let it go. All this is because she was rushing because she had other clients and wanted two people to do my daughter’s hair . I put a stop to it . My daughter is 11 before taking her to get small box braids this lady Keanie had said it’ll be 200 dollars. After my daughter’s hair was completed she changed and said oh this hairstyle is micro braids you’ll have to pay 200 dollar250 dollars! I told her you do this all the time , you were in the shop you should have told me that I picked micro braids and I would have changed to small if you told me instead of you telling me after the job is done? She is a manipulator and plays games. Please be sure to ask questions and corner her before getting your hair done or else she’ll steal from you in broad day light!! Same game she played the last couple of times with me! I had it? I told her I’m never coming to her shop because she is a stealing from customers. I always left big tips for her girls but she has broke. This relationship because of trying to hustle me and my money! She is hustling people off their money ! God don’t like ugly Kenie’s beauty!!!! If you go here make sure your getting the hairstyle you asked for because they will the owner is good at playing mind games and manipulating customers. Si Iplease take your money somewhere else !! would never recommend this salon to anyone! All these 5 star reviews are lies!!! You are responding everything you said in you response is a lie. You know what you are doing you always change the price last minute after the hair is complete. You are saying I’m cheating but you’re the biggest liar. 8comkng from the same place has nothing to do with anything. Integrity is everything which you lack!! I don’t play games you do and like I said God don’t like ugly. Stop playing with him and stop duping your customers !!! I do not have anything g against listening to gospel music but stop acting like youre so Godly yet your hustling people off their hard earned money and playing g sneaky games !!

You said we are not good but u keep coming back. Our prices are starting prices. If you choose a style which u have been charged for, u should stick to that but if u upgrade the style, the price will go up. You showed me box braids style, as soon as I turned my back you changed the style to the braider which is micro without me knowing. That's why it even took so long to get it done. Your daughter was tired of sitting down. Don't you know that it's cheating? I want to Please my clients, but I don't want them to take advantage of us as well. Playing gospel music doesn't have anyhing to do with you. I read your text message. You have the right to watch whatever u want as long as it is not in appropriate because the TV is for everyone especially customers. I pray every day to God for loyal customers sis. I can't believe An African can do this to their fellow Africans. Bye now.
