Amazing!.. I came in from a botched virgin relaxer from another stylist. My hair was shedding and breaking like crazy because the ends were underproce...ssed while the middle was overprocessed. I would run my hand through and hair would just fall out. But Kanesha examined my hair, came up with a plan and my hair came out beautiful. It stopped shedding and felt nice. I was gonna cut my hair but she saved it! She communicated with me every step to make sure I was comfortable. She also accommodated me even though my time ran a little over.
