I am enveloped in an atmosphere of cultivated elegance. Now, I am not one to be easily satisfied—my follicles demand an exactitude that would make even the most fastidious of Swiss watchmakers quiver. And yet Dean, with his blessed hands and divine patience, navigates my labyrinthine list of hair-related desiderata with the grace of a gondolier gliding through Venetian canals. My beard emerges from each appointment shimmering like the silken mane of a prized stallion. Dean lavishes upon it the attention it so richly deserves, culminating in that most celestial of rituals: the warm towel, followed by a shave so soothing it borders on the liturgical. I dare say, if sainthood were conferred for tonsorial triumphs, our Dean would already be canonized! 🙏 And as if that were not enough, he even tends to my most recalcitrant feature: the bushy brows that threaten, if left unattended, to eclipse the very sun.
