I booked a Basic Clipper Cut/Fade Cut on my natural short hair. I arrived on time, but she literally started a relaxer on another client when I walked... through the door. I had to wait 45 minutes for her to cut my hair. As a new customer who was considered her for other services, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated my time was taken for granted. I applaud her for doing a good job on my cut, I showed her a picture of what i wanted. I had no idea this service automatically include styling with products, and I think she added oil sheen to my hair before she finished the cut. Thats not my usual experience with hair cuts. She also had planned to wet and style my hair with products. I'm very particular about the products that I put in my hair, and wished she was more consultive about the aftercut styling instead of assuming I wanted it. I think she's a good stylist, but just not a good fit for me. Show more
