Went in for an appointment, poor communication skills, the barber I booked with was dirty, nothing was cleaned in the process of me receiving my hairc...ut. No neck strip, I asked for a mid fade and a textured top with a design. I also was asked if I wanted to get lined up and when he proceeded to after I got home my hairline was all messed up. Brodi did me so wrong and treated me horribly and throughout the whole cut I was in pain he was going fast through the whole thing and was jamming my head up throughout the whole haircut. In the end I didn’t receive what I was looking for I also didn’t even get the design I had asked for , and I had to ask for aftershave to be sprayed that should be top priority. Throughout the whole haircut I had hair all over my face I will never book here again. I’m glad I experienced this and not someone else for anyone who’s looking to book here I haven’t experienced the other barbers but never book with Brodi that is the worst barber to go to. When he left I seen the back sides of my head and they were not faded at all. Never again this was the worst haircut and service I have ever received in my whole life. Never again will I book there. By far the worst barbershop in Abilene. The first visit I ever attempted to make via Booksy, the barber was over 30 min late. I gave it a second attem...pt today, Sunday, and the barber actually called me 2 days prior to my appointment, asking if I had an appointment the day he called…. Ummm huh???? I literally booked it for a specific day…. Not sure how that was so confusing. So I showed up to the shop today and nobody was even there. I text my barber multiple times and even tried calling him and it just didn’t ring at all.. Terrible business and terrible customer service.. I’ll never book here again. Show more
