didn’t care to fix her mistake and expected me to pay her more money to fix it.   I started getting brown short lash extensions in November with Livia... after multiple lash refills for brown lash extensions. It was at my last appointment, that Livia filled me with black lash extensions that I did not ask for. I noticed they looked different at first but brushed it off as it was dark in the studio and already nighttime. As I always do, I paid and tipped her for her services. When I reached out to Livia about the issue, she didn’t respect my time or offer any solutions and wouldn’t provide me with any refund. She stated she could see me over a week later, then wanted me to pay for the service again! Obviously, she doesn’t respect or value her clients. Livia is beyond unprofessional. As a “business professional,” she should have notes stating what styles and colors her clients are getting. - disappointed EX client of Beleza lash and brow lounge Livia, Please stop the lying and gaslighting; it is completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. You agreed to do BROWN lash extensions on me. Prior to my last appointment, I had to remind you that I wanted brown lashes because I saw a tray of black lashes out. Your response was to look at my lashes and say, “Oh yes, you do have brown lashes." I was satisfied with getting brown lash extensions, not with my last set as you placed black lash extensions. I reached out to you about YOUR MISTAKE not even 48 hours later, you would not schedule me sooner than the following week, so YOU WAITED TWO WEEKS to “fix” the situation because you wanted lashes to fall out and make it "easier." Also, you didn’t even state that you were going to have me pay again, because if I knew that, I would’ve said once again that I want a refund. Please take notes from other professional lash technicians because your “business” obviously won’t last if you’re giving clients incorrect lash sets and styles. Show more

Dear Tatiana, I apologize for any confusion during your service. It was my understanding that you have been getting black colored lash extensions throughout your prior services and appeared to have been satisfied with them after each service. Being that you had reached out to me about this concern two weeks following your last service, I was willing to waive any additional fees for a full set and simply charge you for a two week fill to accommodate you and style them to suite your preference. It’s unfortunate that you were not able to come in during the various dates and times I had provided to you to rectify this concern. I would be happy to assist you if moving forward you would have liked a different look now that it has been specified. Wishing you the best!
