I'd like to clarify that at your initial appointment, you arrived over 30 minutes late, which unfortunately did not leave us enough time to complete the full set of lashes. At your follow-up visit, the service booked was brow lamination (the only available slot) so we did not have sufficient time to fully correct or complete your lashes. To ensure the best results, it’s important to arrive on time and book the correct service.
