Thank you for posting your review. A few things that I would like to mention, if I could. 1. I had sent out an email and text message stating that I will no longer be offering house calls as my family is down to 1 vehicle. It has put a lot of wear and tear on it when I do make house calls and with it being our sole source of transportation, I can't be driving everywhere. I have taken the option of Mobile haircuts off of my services. A 30 min window to get to your house, cut your grandson's hair, and back to my studio for my appointments that I had directly after yours would not have been adequate timing. 2. I don't have your number saved in my phone and did not receive a voicemail from you. Had you texted me (which I didn't receive either), I would have messaged you back at my earliest convenience. 3. I also sent out a message that I was out because I had surgery on April 11th and I am still in recovery. I have been absolutely busy with my studio appointments aside from trying to rest and properly recover. So, in regards to my 2nd point, I did not receive any messages from you. And with the lack of time that I have had due to my own family, recovery and resting, I have not been able to get to very many people who have called and messaged me while I was out. I do apologize for this inconvenience and if you would like to text me for any further explanation, I will try to explain to the best of my abilities. I do appreciate being the one you chose!
