Hello Ms.Rivera I am truly sorry your first visit with my business was a bad one for you. You were a referral from one of my previous client who showed you my Booksy app but she also informed you that I had a Groupon where you could get the service discounted which you completely went to Groupon on your own, got the wrong address, rescheduled and was a hour late to your appointment because you didn't comprehend that I was in Kissimmee when you was told that numerous of times. That still wasn’t a issue I told you I would honor both whether you wanted to go the discounted way or not and you Chose to book straight through my Booksy, which was fine OK cool, again that was all on you snd that was fine by me. You came more than an hour late to your appointment knowing you booked three services...I was closed but I still serviced you, you opened your eyes a bit during the appointment to check your phone and also you had on make up, again I still went against my policy to service you .You texted me and told me the next night you have been having problems with your lashes. I asked you if you wanted me to remove them or you never answered, it could’ve been possibly that you’re allergic to the glue or eye's are sensitive, however you never tried to find a solution with me. You just continue to insult me and threaten me. Bottom line I tried to remove them for you and you didn’t want that. I don’t know what else you wanted me to do.

Diandre you reached out to me 17days after your service and said is this enough to get a fill in after you’ve been in the ocean and more then 70% had fell off. Now this wasn’t the issue, the issue was the fact that I’m a very busy person you texted me after business hours and you keep asking me to call you, honey I cannot do that you should of responded with the day abs time instead of just saying Tuesday wedsnesday Thursday and your available Friday…like honey call or pick a day abs time you be all over tge place so I can’t deal. I apologize for the miscommunication but also do have a death in the family and I’m closed now until August 3, sorry if you didn’t get the memo. ok
