If I can put a negative 5,045, I would. Why this woman fan made the whole set. I'm talking clumps of lashes glued to my single lash like huh. I paid f...or mink lashes. Why are not gluing a single lash at a time? And then had the audacity to ask me why I don't like them 🤣. Last night I took all of them off cause I could barely sleep in them. I literally could've bought strip. Why my homegirl said I looked better with them off 😭😭😭. Broo why she kept sniffing the WHOLE ENTIRE APPT LIKE BUH YOU SICK WITH OUT A MASK AND DECIDED TO ACCEPT CLIENTS IS WILD. Man what a waste of time smelling ya yuck flappers for 2hrs was traumatizing. And then the level of professionalism is so low it's sad. My birthday was sick 😭🤦🏽‍♀️. Save ya money cause the customer service is seriously lacking. **Update** So i when to the hair store and bought everything i needed for $$26. I was like i can’t just go a weekend without my lashes done for my birthday. Moral of the story stop being lazy and do it yourself. Thank you for sharing your experience, I wish you would have came to me directly with your issues first. I would’ve gladly given you a removal or a partial refund. I do make sure to properly isolate each and every fan on every single lash to keep my clients lashes healthy & long lasting. I’m not sure what you mean by I fan made the whole set but I would love to further discuss this directly with you. I tried being professional with you and you were very disrespectful to me. My professionalism isn’t low, I do not tolerate disrespect especially when things could’ve been handled different with your approach.

Very uncomfortable. The Environment. The tape. The service and professionalism. First off she tried to reschedule my appointment 2 hours beforehand. T...hen I get there it’s loud, and other people are in there as well. Told the lash tech about the tape being uncomfortable as it’s PRYING MY EYES OPEN I feel my eyes blinking uncontrollably because I’m trying to close them while they are taped too high and I even expressed this politely. However twice, I am told I can’t do your lashes if the tape isn’t this way. So instead of adjusting it or trying to work with me, you are quick to say you can’t do them. Mind you this isn’t my first time booking i am a RETURNING client so I don’t understand the hostility just because you have “plans” and tried to reschedule the day OF? Any minor inconvenience due to my comfortability you won’t be able to do them? I’ve been getting lashes done for 6 years. I have never felt like someone was holding my eyes open while getting them done before. I tell her my eyes are twitching she responds “ it was been doing that” have more concern for your clients.
