About us

Welcome and thank you for considering me for all your luxury nail needs! I'm so excited to work with you to create the look you love while giving you a relaxing experience I hope you can look forward to. Before booking I ask that you take a look at my booking outline written below so that we can begin each servings on the same page. Please reach out to me with any questions BEFORE booking your appointment as it is your responsibility to read and understand all policies before booking/ canceling any appointments with me. I look forward to holding hands with you soon💕 You can count on every one of my services to include a full service groom (cuticle and callus care) as well as complementary cuticle oil and lotion followed by a relaxing massage. For any nail enhancement services, you can expect to receive the above listed services as well as customized shaping and sculpting of the enhancement, stain resistant gel (glossy or matte) top coat, 2 free accent nails and no up charge for multiple gel colors (solid colors only). While I do offer extended services that include customized nail art, I ask that you add the desired nail service to your booking in order for the system to carve out enough time in your appointment for me to complete your desired look. (E.X. Add a Sculptured Manicure and a Full Art manicure to your cart before checkout in order to book the appropriate amount of time) if you do not book out special requests ahead of the time of your appointment, I will not be able to fulfil your request for those fun nails you were hoping for. As for my cancellation policy I pride myself on being punctual with your appointments. I consider your time just as valuable as I would expect you to value mine. I do my best to keep your scheduled start and end times within 5 minutese of what is contracted and am only able to give a 15 minute buffer to each appointment which allows for late arrival or for any last minute changes to the appointment that are able to fit within the time allotted. This means if your appointment is scheduled to start at 1:00pm and you arrive at 1:15 your appointment will be considered cancelled as I will not be able to complete the scheduled service within the amount of time allotted due to a late arrival. Due to a high volume of last minuteme cancellations in 2023 I am forced to implement a cancelleation policy with ALL clients and will be contacting everyone separately to go over this policy. • Starting February 1st, all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of an appointment will require a $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit in order to rebook your next appointment. • All appointments cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment will require a $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit and 50% paid of your missed appointment in order to rebook. • The $25 deposit will go towards your rescheduled appointment however, if the following appointment is again rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited. • In order to avoid a deposit enforcement, please reschedule your appointment to be within one calendar week of the cancellation. You may not reschedule the same appointment twice. • If you violate my cancellation policy more than twice you will not be allowed to book with me again.
