I’m sorry that the service wasn’t to your liking. You contact me the next day about this and I offered to reinstall a new unit that will work with your length and texture. You agreed to a date and afterwards you didn’t respond. As for your service, I insisted that you book a consultation numerous times in my prior communications with you so that we could take the proper precautions to fulfill your desired look but you insisted not to. Prior to your arrival, I sent you the unit and ask if that was the texture you desired, you agreed that you would work with it. When you arrived to your appointment, you already had an installation you failed to mention that I removed free of charge, which also didn’t match your texture of hair. I did my best to accommodate you, the length of the unit but due to your impulsive nature of ignoring the fact that a consultation is needed and now required, this is the result. I ignored my intuition and now paying the price, but being that I did a 2-4 week unit with you prior I let that comfortability cloud my judgement.
