Careless! Left right side unfinished. I don’t know how to respond to your reply but I’ll edit here. Don’t make it about pricing, in the year or so as... your client I’ve never asked you for a discount, a favor, or try to negotiate your price; I think you have me mistaken. If the price increased then say that. I just wanted quality work for whatever the price is, not an unfinished job because you think you’re doing me a favor(in your mind). It was in fact careless! You took videos and could see my hair was unfinished and still let me leave like that. If it was a 5min fix you should’ve corrected it at that moment. You offered to fix my hair the following day, I don’t live close to your shop nor do I have the luxury of free time to visit your shop when convenient for you. Show more

Hi Jarrot, I apologize again for the mistake I made. I offered to fix the issue which would have taken 5 mins max. You refused. Please also understand that it was too soon for your initial wash and retwist, which caused your old grid to disappear. This left me with no choice but to restart your loc journey. You received a starter loc service($350+) for a wash and retwist price($155). I say that to say you got a great deal out of this scenario. You have a stronger grid pattern than what you came in with for half the price. I did not want to bring that to your attention because you were a loyal client and I wanted nothing less than for you to be satisfied. Yes, I made a mistake and yes I tried to do everything in my power to correct this situation but you'd rather go this route. I do wish you well with your loc journey. Take care.

I was disappointed when i made an appointment a month ahead and on the she changed the appointment time. Then she's has the nerve to tell me what to ...do next when she's the one who changed the appointment time and messed me up. She was in addition she was very rude and unprofessional to me. I have never known her like that. Show more

Hi. I apologize for this inconvenience, however, if you fail to show up during your appointment time, you forfeit your deposit. I communicated that you can come in at your original appointment slot and you said you had other things to take care of. You were also asked if you can come in the next day for a service to make up for the miscommunication , and you again did not show.
