I had been going to Derick for about 8 months. The last straw was about 2 weeks ago when I aaked him to go higher on my fade and he went to far up. ...He knew he messed up and did apologize but when i got home and saw my hard part was all crooked i knew I was done paying $40 for a $12 haircut. Out of necessity and not wanting to find another shop i decided to book with Chris today. My appointment was at 5 and i was there on time to find someone else in his chair. I waited 25 minutes listening to them gab about shows and movies before he finally acknowledged me. I then verified with him that my appointment was at 5 and he said "yea I'm running behind" he asked if I wanted to go with one of the other barbers. Well my time is also valuable and if i wanted to schedule with the new kid i would have scheduled with him. I was not walking in and im pretty sure if I showed up 25 minutes late he probably wouldn't accommodate me. Appointment times mean nothing to these guys. I had to wait several times for Derick too because they take walk ins right before they have scheduled appointments 🙄 Show more
