My neck and shoulders were extremely tight from travel, and she knew exactly how to target those areas. I had suffered from a constant pain in my left shoulder, just above my shoulder blade. This manifested as a "knot" of muscle that would not release. I... tried several remedies, none worked. This included several local massage therapists. I was told about "Body Therapy and Massage" by a good friend.
